John W. Miller

John W. Miller was inducted into the Army National Guard (federal service) on February 10, 1944, in Duluth , Minnesota. Home at entry: Duluth, Minnesota.

He served as a Technical Sergeant with Headquarters Battalion of the 125th FA  Battalion in the Tunisia, Naples-Foggia, Rome-Arno, and the North Apennines Campaigns.

Mr. Miller was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal ,American Defense Service Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and five overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged July 24, 1945, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
