John W. Mlaker

John W. Mlaker was inducted into the Army on August 24, 1942. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 4th Grade and carpenter with Company A of the 410th Engineer Combat Battalion in the Aleutian Islands.

Mr. Mlaker was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorable discharged September 21, 1945, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
