KASUM, Joseph Laurence

Joseph Laurence Kasun was born on April 17th 1906 to Joseph Frank & Barbara [Shute] Kasun in Buhl, Minnesota.

Mr. Kasun entered into the Army on December 7th 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home of entry: Greaney, Minnesota.

He served as a truck driver with T Company of the Army Ground Forces Replacement Depot No.4 in the continental U.S. He rose to the rank of Private First Class (PFC).

PFC Kasun was honorably discharged on October 8th 1945 at Camp Adair, Oregon. After the war he returned home to Greaney, Minnestoa.

Mr. Kasun dies on March 24th 1970 at the age 63 years old. He is buried at St. Bridgets Cemetery in Geaney.
