Leo M. Koslowski entered into the Army on March 21, 1941, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He served as a Staff Sergeant in Ordinance and was discharged on April 24, 1953. Also served from February 1, 1954, to January 9, 1958, as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force.
He was honorably discharged at Manhattan Beach, New York.
