LeRoy E. Lindquist

LeRoy E. Lindquist of Virginia, Minnesota enlisted in the Army Air Corps on October 21, 1942.

He was a Technical Sergeant and an aerial gunner on a B-24 plane with Squadron M in the 328th Army Air Forces Base Unit (CCTS)(VHB) Air Offensive Europe, Normandy Campaign, Northern France, German Campaign.

Mr. Lindquist received the: Distinguished Flying Cross,  Air Medal with three oak leaf clusters, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with four bronze battle stars, and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on October 10, 1945 at Gulfport AFB, Miss.
