Linden B. Burgess

Mr. Burgess entered the Army Air Corps on June 27, 1944, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant and served as a pilot with the 329th Bomb Squadron of the 93rd Bomb Group. He flew missions over  Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe.

He received the following: Air Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters for subsequent awards, and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal.

Mr. Burgess was honorably discharged on September 25, 1945, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
