Marion Tymenski

Marion Tymenski was inducted into the Army on March 26, 1941, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Kinney, Minnesota.

Mr. Tymenski served as a Technician Fourth Grade and surgical technician with the 463rd Medical Collecting Company in Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with five bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and three overseas service bars.

Mr. Tymenski was honorably discharged on November 1, 1945, at Camp Grant, Illinois.
