Mary F. Nelson

Mary F. Nelson (nee Kochevar) of Eveleth, Minnesota, enlisted in the Naval Reserve on August 26, 1944.

She was a Seaman 1st Class, a clerk and shorthand stenographer for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in the Continental United States.

Ms. Nelson received the: American Campaign Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.

She was discharged January 5, 1946.
