Mathew P. McMahon

Mathew P. McMahon was inducted into the Army on February 10, 1941, at Duluth , Minnesota. Home at entry: Duluth, Minnesota.

He served as a Master Sergeant and company clerk with the Transportation Corps in Algeria-Fr. Morocco and Northern France.

Mr. McMahon was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on September 26, 1945, at Fort Jay, New York.
