Mike Fromel

Mike Fromel entered the Army December 12, 1942.

He served as a Private First Class and cannoneer with 801st Tank Destroyer Battalion in the European Theater.

Mr. Fromel was awarded the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with one silver battle star (for five bronze stars) and World War II Victory Medal.

Discharged December 9, 1945, Camp McCoy, Wis.
