Nicholas Charles Perfetti

Nicholas Charles Perfetti entered the Army on September 8, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Staff Sergeant and supply technician with Company B of the 879th Airborne Engineer Aviation Battalion in China, Central Burma, and India-Burma.

Mr. Perfetti was awarded the following: Meritorious Unit Award, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal  and three overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged December 9, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
