Paul R. Wester

Paul R. Wester entered the Army on January 28, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He served as a Technical Sergeant and driver with Battery A of the 181st Field Artillery Battalion of the X Army Corps in the Southern Philippines (Liberation).

He received the Bronze Star Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, three overseas service bars, and Philippine Liberation Medal.

Mr. Wester was honorably discharged on January 3, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
