Raymond W. Kemppainen

Raymond W. Kemppainen enlisted in the Army on December 30, 1941 at Fort Snelling, Minn. 

He was a Staff Sergeant and platoon sergeant with the 667th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Machine Gun Battalion, in the China-Burma-India Theater.

Mr.  Kemppainen received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on November 30, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
