LINDSTROM, Robert Carl

Robert Carl Lindstrom was born on October 2nd 1925 to Carl Ever & Katheryn D. [Dewey] Lindstrom in Hibbing, Minnesota.

Mr. Lindstrom enlisted in the Naval Reserve on June 25th 1943, at Hibbing, Minnesota. He was assigned to the USS Intrepid (CV-11). He rose to the rank of Signalman 3rd Class (SM3/c)

Seaman Lindstrom was honorably discharged February 9th 1946, at Minneapolis, Minnesota. After the war he returned home and married Mary Margaret [Corser] and they started a family. 

Mr. Lindstrom died on March 13th 1961 at the age of 35 years. He is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing.
