Robert L. Carlson

Robert L. Carlson entered the Army Air Corps June 11, 1941, Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

Attended armament school at Lowry Field, Denver, Colorado.

He served as a Staff Sergeant and armorer with the 13th Air Force and 70th Fighter Squadron of the Third Air Force in the Fiji Islands and Solomon Islands (Guadalcanal and other islands in Solomons group), in the Pacific Theater.

Discharged September 25, 1945.
