Roy C. Carne

Roy C. Carne of Eveleth, Minnesota enlisted in the Navy on Dec. 10, 1941.

He was a seaman 1st class and served in the Navy Armed Guard in continental United States schools and shore stations.

He received a disability discharge on April. 21, 1944.
