Roy Rinell of Virginia Minnesota was inducted into the Army Air Corps on August 27, 1942.

He served as a Sergeant and aircraft welder with the 127th Army Air Forces Base Unit in the United States.

Mr. Rinell received the: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.

He was discharged on Nov. 5, 1945.
