Stanley C. Danielson

Stanley C. Danielson was inducted into the Army May 29, 1942, Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and auto mechanic with the Fifth Tank Battalion of the 90th Infantry Division in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe.

Combat Infantryman Badge
American Campaign Medal
European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with Silver battle star (representing five bronze stars)
World War II Victory Medal
Three overseas service bars

Honorably discharged October 27, 1945, Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
