Stanley R. Rowe

Mr. Stanley Rowe  entered into the Army on June 23, 1944, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Buhl, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 5th Grade and radio operator with the 503 Regiment Combat Team in Battery C of the 462nd Parachute Field Artillery Battalion in South Philippines Liberation, and Luzon.

Mr. Rowe was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Theater Medal Army of Occupation Medal (Japan), Philippines Liberation Ribbon with one bronze star.

He was honorably discharged on May 15, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
