Stanley W. Grigal

Stanley W. Grigal of Virginia, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army at Fort Snelling, Minnesota, on March of 1944.

He served as a Private First Class and locomotive mechanic with Company B of the 744th Railway Operating Battalion in Northern France, Ardennes and Rhineland.

Mr. Grigal was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal and two overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on January 15, 1946, Camp McCoy, Wisc.
