Van E. Engstrom

Van E. Engstrom entered the Army February 24, 1943, Fort Snelling, Minn.

He served as a Private and mechanic with the 106th Engineer Combat Battalion in the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign.

He received a disability discharge on March 29, 1943, at the Percy Jones General and Convalescent Hospital in Battle Creek, Mich.
