Victor J. Zbacnik

Victor J. Zbacnik entered the Army on November 9, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Carson Lake, Minn.

He served as a Private First Class, light truck driver, and chauffeur with Headquarters Battery, 347th Field Artillery Battalion in Rome-Arno, Northern Apennines, and Po Valley.

He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, and two overseas service bars.

Mr. Zbacnik was honorably discharged on November 11, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
