Wilho J. Salo

Wilho J. Salo entered the Army on July 21, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Embarrass, Minnesota.

He served as a Technical Sergeant and stone mason with Company A of the 334th Engineers in Rhineland and Central Europe.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and six overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on November 26, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
