Willard A. Erickson

Willard A. Erickson of Virginia, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on March 19, 1944 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He was a Private First Class and teletype operator with 12th Company Headquarters Detachment K of the 4025th Signal Service Group in New Guinea, Southern Philippines, and Luzon.

Mr. Erickson was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged in January 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
